We get asked this question all the time. We would love to give discounts for everyone but for us, we would rather have low prices to begin with rather than raising our prices and giving coupon codes. BUT we do give $20 off on iHosa Chuneis for adopting families but only when they are regular price. When they are on sale, the discount does not apply. Please contact us for more info. Do you give discounts to military families? TOP
Yes, we give 10% off to military families with an APO address. Do you need the seat insert on the iHosa? TOP
It's a preference but it really is not needed. Do you ship to Internationally? TOP

No, some are made in China since some Korean companies are making their products there since it's cheaper to make. But in the most part our products are made in Korea. What are the weight limits on the baby carriers (iHosa and iPhyeonhae)? TOP
35-40 lbs. What's the difference between mesh and regular iPhyeonhae? TOP
Mesh is more breatheable. Would recommend Mesh for those that live in warmer climates. When do you ship out your orders? TOP
We usually ship within 2 business days. I am looking for something specific that I saw in Korea, would you be able to get it for me? TOP
If you have a picture or link, we will try to find it and order it for you. We do require a deposit for these types of special orders. Are the DVDs you sell compatible with my DVD player? TOP
YES! We try to only buy Region 1 DVDs (US). Occasionally we may have Region 3 (Korea). They will only play on All-Region DVD players. What is open stock? TOP
These are products that we opened to test. They are new condition but with no plastic seal packaging. We've priced these below retail price. Do you accept credit cards over the phone? TOP
