We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at Little Seouls.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt for store credit or refund (Hanbok has a separate return policy).*  Shipping fees are not refundable.

For hanbok purchase, the return policy is within 3 days from the date you receive it and there is a 10% restocking fee.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please contact us at info@littleseouls.com before returning your item.  Please include a copy of your receipt when returning. Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.  Please insure your package as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

If your purchase is defective, we will replace it for you.  If the defective item is no longer in stock, we can issue a store credit or refund.  Certain items may need to be sent back to the manufacturer.  We will also reimburse your shipping to us if the item was defective.  Please include a copy of your receipt when returning including shipping costs.

*Customized products, special orders, clearance items and open stock purchases are non-refundable.
