Our shipping starts at $9.95.  Oversized items and heavier items will cost $13.95 and up.  Most of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail*.  If order is oversized, it will be shipped UPS Ground.  Most orders go out within 24-48 hours. 

Here is the UPS delivery schedule coming from our location in Southern California.

Certain orders may have to be split into several packages due to location or size.  If this is the case, it is up to our discretion as to how it will be shipped.  Certain items such as books, posters, CDs, and DVDs may be shipped media mail.  This will be determined by the order size and shipping fees paid.  

Certain items may also be shipped direct from our suppliers who are also based in the USA. These items can take a bit longer to arrive since shipping services varies.

We also do ship internationally. Please email us with the item and quantity and address and we will email you back with a shipping estimate and invoice.

*Please note that USPS does not guarantee delivery but 95% of our packages are received within that time frame.

USPS Express delivers overnight to most locations.  The cut off time to place an express order is 12 noon PST.  Otherwise, it will go out the next day.  Cost for express delivery will vary depending on the weight of your order and will be invoiced separately.

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.  Therefore we highly recommend adding insurance to your order.

Returns:

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at Little Seouls.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt for store credit or refund (Hanbok has a separate return policy).*  Shipping fees are not refundable.

*For hanbok purchase, the return policy is within 7 days and there is a 10% restocking fee.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please contact us at returns@littleseouls.com before returning your item.  Please include a copy of your receipt when returning. Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.  Please insure your package as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

If your purchase is defective, we will replace it for you.  If the defective item is no longer in stock, we can issue a store credit or refund.  Certain items may need to be sent back to the manufacturer.  We will also reimburse your shipping to us if the item was defective.  Please include a copy of your receipt when returning including shipping costs.

***Customized products, special orders, clearance items and open stock purchases are non-refundable.
